Solar panels
During the day, the solar panels power your home and charge the battery at the same time.

The battery supplies power when the sun is not shining, such as in the evening and at night.

When the battery reaches a set minimum level, the generator starts automatically, recharges the battery and then shuts down again.

Frequently asked questions
Can a home run entirely without the electricity grid?
Technically yes, provided the system is sized correctly. The combination of solar, battery and generator ensures power remains available even during long periods with little sun.
How large does my system need to be?
That follows from your consumption analysis. Send us your annual consumption in kWh and an overview of large consumers such as a heat pump, swimming pool or EV charger, and we will prepare a suitable proposal.
How often does the generator run?
Mainly during the winter months and during longer periods without sun. The number of running hours follows from the design and your consumption; we include an estimate in the quotation.
Do I need to do anything when the battery runs low?
No. The generator starts and stops automatically based on the battery state of charge.
